All transactions on olo44 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds from an account denominated in a different currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates over which olo44 has no control.
You may request withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be processed to a bank account or payment method registered in your name that matches the name on your olo44 Account.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days, subject to verification checks. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process.
